That electrifying excitement fills the air yet again as National Health Center Week (NHCW) 2022 creeps around the corner! The annual celebration applauds community health centers (CHCs) for the commendable work they do in the communities they serve. This year’s theme remains the same as 2021’s: “The Chemistry for Strong Communities.” However, this year, the host, the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC), hopes to further explore the “elements” that support the theme and highlight CHCs’ impact. After all, these elements aren’t just periodic! They impact patients’ lives during NHCW and beyond. The seven (7) elements this year remain the same as:
Just as CHCs certainly incorporate the themed elements into their daily work, we aim to as well! Certintell aims to support Community Health Centers and those they serve by partnering with clinical staff as a virtual medical practice promoting accessibility and equity-driven values and practices. We want to be an integral part in strengthening your community, this month and every month. But this month is special, because we’re giving away 7 scholarships to different health centers to support any events planned for NACHC’s NHCW 2022. We hope your events bring your community together and celebrate the vibrancy and individuality of each.

With NACHC encouraging CHCs to host voter registration drives in addition to traditional NHCW week events, the possibilities are plentiful. To have a chance at making your event magnetic, simply respond to the following 2 questions:

How has Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) helped your health center fuse together with one of the NHCW elements (e.g. values, populations, services, innovations, affordability, mission)?
