Meet the Team

BENJAMIN LEFEVER, MBA — Founder and CEO

Benjamin is responsible for leading the Certintell team and continued success, all while ensuring the culture the company was founded on continues to empower national community health centers. Previously Benjamin was a Product Manager for Genentech focused on the FQHC market and HEP C. Moreover, he helped implement a Telemedicine program while at Genentech (Project ECHO), which connected the University of Iowa Hospital & Clinics specialists to rural patients and their practitioners.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Grant has extensive experience leading operations, Health IT projects and national marketing campaigns. Proven track record in guiding projects through completion with cross-functional teams to actualize vision of CEO. Expert planner, businessperson and creative with the ability to keep projects on time and on budget. Prior to Certintell, Grant supported marketing and software launches relating to both the B2C and B2B markets for National Health Care Centers of Excellence.

LIZZY BECKER, DrPH, MBA

CLINICAL OPERATIONS, SVP

Lizzy is passionate about creating strategic partnerships to improve underserved patients’ access to care and revolutionize the healthcare industry. Prior to joining our team, Lizzy served as the Co-Director of a statewide healthcare workforce program and has spent several years at an FQHC managing grants, supporting quality improvement and annual UDS measures. She is driven to connect with partners and form creative, strategic solutions to support the nationwide integration of telehealth services.

ALEX KRCMAR

PROJECT MANAGER

Alex is focused on creating value to our Community Health Center client base. He leads all aspects of delivering Certintell’s solutions, including account management, support services, and training development. From contract proposal to project planning, Alex can lead client’s through their care management journey. He has a passion for patient-centric technologies and how we can better serve our most at risk populations.

MARKETING MANAGER

Vanessa has a background in UX, marketing, design and content creation. At Certintell, she ensures our onboarding processes are smooth for clients as well as a long-term partnership journey, and leverages expertise in physician and patient marketing and communication to craft tailored strategies that address their specific needs.

Brian is an eccentric client-focused professional, crafting customized solutions that drive mutual success. With experience in multiple industries, he brings his skills into health care in hopes to aid the adoption of telehealth nationwide. At Certintell he serves as a member of the Account Management team providing operational leadership to our Community-Based Organizations with a focus on streamlining procedures to better deliver our mission to underserved communities.
