With telehealth and remote patient monitoring (RPM) as a priority, Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is supporting Health Center Controlled Networks (HCCN) to (1) better leverage health IT in order to improve access to care, enhance quality of care and achieve cost efficiencies; and (2) redesign practices in order to better integrate services and optimize patient outcomes. To do this, “HRSA plans to award approximately $42 million to an estimated 50 HCCNs. This funding opportunity is authorized by Section 330(e)(1)(C) of the Public Health Service Act, as amended.”-HRSA.gov
