National Health Center Week (NHCW) is a week-long event dedicated to celebrating, supporting, advocating and honoring America’s Community Health Centers. The goal is to showcase the accomplishments health centers have made in the past five decades and the value they bring to our communities.
This year, the theme will be, “Lighting the Way for Healthier Communities Today and in the Future,” to represent the roles our health centers serve in envisioning a hopeful path forward. Our health centers serve as an embodiment of strength, service, care and love. They have used these characteristics to provide innovative care to the patients who need it the most, especially during the pandemic.
Certintell supports Community Health Centers and partners with them as a virtual clinic to provide accessible care to patients via telehealth. This year, we want to place the spotlight on YOU.
Certintell is giving away $300 awards to select health centers across the nation!
To participate, we want to hear your health center’s story. To shine light on the value your Community Health Center brings to your community, we ask you to answer three survey questions. To apply, all you need to do is submit your survey responses below.
