Ready? Set? Gear up as the race toward National Health Center Week (NHCW) begins! The annual celebration recognizes Community Health Centers (CHCs) for their unrelenting dedication to serving patients from any background, regardless of their ability to pay. The host, the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC), has dubbed this year’s theme “The Roadmap to a Stronger America,” with the celebration running from August 6-12, 2023.
As has been a continuing tradition for Certintell over the past four years, we are giving away 5 scholarships to different health centers to support any events planned for NACHC’s NHCW 2023. We hope your events forge new paths for change through partnership.
Recipients will receive $300 each to use for their NHCW events!
NHCW is just on the horizon. To apply for a chance to receive a scholarship, you’ll need to simply respond to the following two questions:
- How have innovative care solutions, like telehealth, Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) or Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) helped strengthen your workflows and/or patient population health?
- How do you think Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and other data-based care models will continue to pave the way for healthier communities?
Awardees will be chosen at random to ensure fairness. The deadline to submit a response is Tuesday, August 1 at 5:00 PM EST. Recipients will be notified of award by end of day Friday, August 4.
