Time Is Running Out

With telehealth and remote patient monitoring (RPM) as a priority, Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is supporting Health Center Controlled Networks (HCCN) to (1) better leverage health IT in order to improve access to care, enhance quality of care and achieve cost efficiencies; and (2) redesign practices in order to better integrate services and optimize patient outcomes. To do this, “HRSA plans to award approximately $42 million to an estimated 50 HCCNs. This funding opportunity is authorized by Section 330(e)(1)(C) of the Public Health Service Act, as amended.”-HRSA.gov

Certintell is actively working with HCCNs across the nation to submit the FY 2019 Health Center Controlled Networks application relating to Telehealth and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM). These HCCNs include LPCA of Louisiana, MPHCA of Mississippi, APHCA of Alabama, CCALAC of California, SCPHCA of South Carolina, NCCHCA of North Carolina, CHCANYS of New York, and AACHC of Arizona. If you are interested in receiving assistance from Certintell to apply for these funds, select a time to have a short discovery call with one of our experts, below:

As HRSA states, “Telehealth can be an important tool for delivering services and resources to HRSA’s target populations. HRSA encourages support for telehealth as a mechanism for health centers to meet their programmatic goals, as appropriate.
